Chef keion "KT" Taylor

Chef Keion Taylor was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy where he served his country for 14 years. He achieved the rank of OS1/E6 (Operation Specialist First Class) and earned both his Surface and Air warfare pins.  In his last two years, he received permission to work in the galley onboard the USS San Antonio to learn culinary skills in preparation for culinary school after service. He was promoted to Galley Supervisor and was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the galley while maintaining the highest standards required by the U.S. Navy. 

In 2010, Chef KT attended Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles. He graduated in 2012 with an AOS in Culinary Arts and went on to start Two Squares Catering with a long time friend. The duo made a decision to shut down operations for personal reasons, and Chef KT took a two year hiatus from the food industry. During that break, he decided to rebrand hisself and created EaT 310 Catering. With the slogan “Making Your Taste Buds Dance”, EaT 310 Catering is making its mark in the LA County area by ensuring customers satisfaction and an enjoyable dining experience!

In 2019, Chef KT applied for a home-based food business certification via FoodNome and the Riverside County Health Department. That venture was successful, and EaT 310 Catering is a certified and legal home restaurant! Moreover, EaT 31o has had the pleasure of offering services for celebrity clientele and touring with notable musicians. 

Chef KT’s most recent accomplishments include being featured in VoyageLA Magazine, being featured in High Times Magazine, winning a food competition sponsored by Culinary and Cannabis, and being named the Official Chef of Alpha Magazine where he caters company photoshoots and events. 

In his personal time, he enjoys working out 4-5 times a week to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to promote healthy living amongst family and friends.
